Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Apnafan (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Apnafan is operated by R Sivaram, an individual operator (not an incorporated company), referred to here as "we", "us", or "the operator". These Terms are between you and the operator.

2. What Apnafan is

Apnafan lets you connect your own Telegram channel through our platform bot and manage paid subscriptions and members for it. It is non-custodial: we do not hold, pool, or route your funds.

Payments are not currently available. Apnafan does not process or hold any payments today. These Terms will be updated before any payment features launch.

Apnafan is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your account

You sign in without a password, using a one-time code sent to your email or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for all activity under your account.

5. Your channel and content

You connect your own Telegram channel through the platform bot and remain responsible for that channel and everything published in it. You must have the rights to the content you publish and must comply with applicable law and with Telegram’s own terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything illegal, for content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights, or to abuse, spam, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is early-stage software, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On account closure or a deletion request, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
