1. Overview

This policy explains what Apnafan collects, why, and your choices. It applies to the Apnafan website and dashboard.

Apnafan is operated by R Sivaram, an individual operator. For any privacy question or request, contact support@apnafan.com.

2. What we collect

Your email address and display name. The Telegram channel identifiers and titles you connect to the Service. Basic usage and log data (such as device and request information) needed to run and secure the Service.

We do not collect payment credentials — Apnafan does not currently process or hold payments.

3. How we use it

To sign you in, to connect and manage the Telegram channel you link, to send service notifications, and to keep the Service secure and working.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Service providers

We share data only with the providers we rely on to run the Service, each under its own privacy policy, and only as needed to operate it or when required by law:

Cloudflare — hosting and DNS. Supabase — database. Resend — transactional email. Google — sign-in. Telegram — channel integration.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account or data, we delete it within 30 days of the request, and backups containing it are purged within the same window.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by emailing support@apnafan.com.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to, or intended for, anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
